From South Mumbai luxury residences to Navi Mumbai and Thane townships, our execution team prepares your site in the final 1–2 days before handover, puja, or photoshoot. Can I hire DELECON® only for site cleaning if another contractor did my interiors?
No. Final site cleaning is strictly an internal handover milestone available only for DELECON® DESIGN CO. turnkey interior projects. We do not provide standalone cleaning services for properties executed by outside contractors or third-party carpenters.
Will final site cleaning delay our committed handover date?
No. Handover cleaning is factored into the DELECON® milestone timeline. It is completed 24–48 hours prior to handover and does not alter your planned move-in or puja schedule.
Do you bring specialised materials to protect sensitive interior finishes?
Yes. Our team uses pH-balanced, surface-safe cleaning solutions and non-abrasive microfibers tailored to protect Italian marble, matte veneers, PU finishes, and acrylic joinery from scratching or staining.
