Q: Walls are uneven and damp near windows — what should we do first?
A: Start with moisture scan + external sealing + waterproofing, then create true plaster lines. Only after that, invest in paint, cladding or panelling.
Q: Beams / columns disturb wardrobe and kitchen planning?
A: We re-grid the carcass and use shallow storage, niches, open shelves or lofts instead of forcing symmetry that will cause future damage.

Q: What colour temperature is right for a home?
A: Bedrooms work well at 2700–3000K, living rooms at 3000–3500K in layers, and kitchens at 4000K for clear task work.
Q: How to avoid running extension boards everywhere?
A: Map appliances room-wise, then add extra 6A/16A points on neutral walls. We also recommend spare conduits for future upgrades.
