For clients who already have a rough idea but need clear technical drawings before work starts.
Yes. Our drawings are made so that any disciplined contractor can execute them.
However, when DELECON® executes the project, we combine drawings with supervision,
quality checks and brand-aligned finishes.
Do you provide only 3D views without working drawings? ＋
We avoid “only 3D without drawings”. 3D views alone look good on screen but create
confusion at site. We always recommend minimum 2D working set
so that site decisions are clear.
How many changes are included in the fees? ＋
For most homes, 1–2 rounds of sensible modifications are included.
If major layout or style changes are needed after final freeze,
we discuss additional design time before proceeding.
Can you do drawings for out-station or NRI projects? ＋
Yes. Many NRI and out-station clients share builder plans, site photos and videos.
We create drawings & 3D views online and coordinate with their local execution team.
