Every set is a "Ready-to-Execute" manual built on 18 years of technical discipline.
The DELECON® Global Protocol
- Material Specs: Every drawing includes specific material brand codes (Ply, Laminate, Hardware, Paint) to ensure global execution accuracy.
- Baseline Visit: Our fee covers pure intellectual design property. Physical site visits are billed at ₹15,000 extra per session.
- Tax Compliance: All professional fees are subject to local country taxes and government rules.
- Turnkey Ready: Optimized for our internal 150-man master engine or high-end external architectural teams. Payment Terms: Standard global engagement requires 75% Advance Payment, with the remaining balance due immediately upon 3D delivery.
