• Step 1 – Meeting at DELECON^® Head Office: We understand your lifestyle, budget comfort, family size, vastu preferences and timelines.
• Step 2 – Requirement Note & BOQ Estimate: Based on discussion, we prepare a structured BOQ with scope of work, materials and tentative costing.
• Step 3 – Site Survey: Detailed measurements, photographs and technical checks are done on site.
• Step 4 – 2D Drawings: We prepare and share conceptual 2D layout plans, furniture distribution and interior zoning for every room.
• Step 5 – 2D Approvals: Once you confirm layouts and basic concept, we freeze the planning stage.
• Step 6 – 3D Views (Realistic Images): We create realistic 3D renders so you can visually understand colour schemes, materials and lighting.
• Step 7 – Final Sign-Off: After 3D approval, we lock design, material palette and execution methodology.
• Step 8 – On-Site Execution: Civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, carpentry, painting and polishing work is taken up in a planned sequence.
• Step 9 – Site Cleaning & Snag Checks: Complete cleaning, rectification of minor snags and finishing touches.
• Step 10 – Handover: Final walk-through, handover and post-handover support under our one-year warranty policy.

2. On-Site Execution Flow

Interior execution is technical, but we keep it structured and calm:

• Civil Work: Brickwork, floor levelling, demolition (if needed), kitchen platform and toilet changes as per design.
• Electrical Work: Load planning, wiring, MCB/DB design, point marking for lights, sockets and appliances.
• Plumbing: Line rerouting, bathroom and kitchen points, pressure checks and fixing of fixtures.
• False Ceiling: POP/Gypsum ceilings, framing, levels, light cut-outs and inspection-friendly access panels.
• Carpentry: Modular units, wardrobes, beds, TV units, kitchen storage, study tables and crafted furniture.
• Painting & Polish: Putty, primer, texture, enamel, PU, melamine or other polish as per final selection.
• Deep Cleaning & Touch-Up: Full site cleaning, dust removal, glass and surface cleaning before handover.
