Will final site cleaning delay my handover date?
No. Final site cleaning is planned as part of the DELECON® project timeline and is usually scheduled 1–2 days before handover. It is completed within a few hours and does not affect the committed handover date.
Do you bring your own cleaning material and tools?
Yes. For DELECON®-executed projects, our team arrives with the required basic cleaning tools and materials. If a specific product is needed for a sensitive finish, we either arrange it or guide the client in advance.
Is this service available for non-DELECON interior projects?
No. Final site cleaning is an internal handover service offered exclusively for interiors designed and executed by DELECON® DESIGN CO., where material specifications and detailing are already known to our team.
